CEE GR Forum announced for 2022

CFC Big Ideas announced that the next CEE GR Forum will be taking place March 17–18, 2022. CEE GR Forum is an online conference for Public and Government Affairs executives from Central and Eastern Europe, organized by CFC Big Ideas for the second time next year.
The event is designed to bring together global and regional heads of Policy and Corporate Affairs from multinational companies, experienced public affairs consultants, advocacy organizations, and selected senior government officials for meaningful discussions on the topics affecting the Government and Public Affairs industry today.
In March this year, CEE GR Forum gathered over 40 Senior Government Affairs directors as speakers from the largest global corporations, such as Uber, Google, Microsoft, American Express, TetraPak, Coca-Cola HBC, and others. More than 300 representatives of the industry from 23 countries joined as attendees.
The tentative agenda for the next year includes the following sections:
- GR strategies for local and global companies: how global companies can promote their interests when governments tend to give preference to local players, or how local players can match the financial power and resources of global players.
- Vetting local consultants: what are the requirements for local consultants, and how large corporations can monitor and vet their work.
- Vested interest vs. social impact: recognizing fundamental conflicts of interests, and ways of approaching them.
- Crisis communications: what it is like to be on the inside during a breakdown, and best cases of getting through.
- Growing GR talent: training and recruitment, and how requirements are changing.
More details will be shared in the coming months. Registration for the event is available via ceegrforum.com
