Miroslav Kovačić of MKPS business consultancy services is a former diplomat of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Croatia where he worked as head of the Deputy Minister's Office and as head of North America Dpt.

From 1995 to 1996 he worked as a senior advisor in the Office of the President of Croatia. From 1998 to 2003 he was DCM in charge of political affairs at Croatian Embassy in London.

 From 2004 to 2008 he was the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Croatian Telecom. In the same period, he became State Secretary for eCroatia, working, among other things, on a regulatory guillotine program HITROREZ (assessed by the World Bank as one of their most successful projects ever).

From 2005 to 2010 he was chief negotiator for three chapters (Information society and media, Transport and TEN-T) in Croatia's EU accession process.

From 2008 to 2012 he was working as the director of MPR, a Public Affairs and PR agency located in Zagreb, and is currently the director and owner of MKPS business consultancy services, working as a public relations and public affairs consultant for clients such as BCG and McKinsey&Company. He took part in EU funded-projects in SEE Europe both as an advisor to participating consultancies and as a short-term expert. He worked on several political campaigns including parliamentary, presidential, and local elections.
