For the last several years, Laura's responsibilities were EU fund programs and developing the most significant business incubator network in Latvia. She holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Latvia and regularly updates her knowledge in innovation management, data analytics, and new product development.

She is responsible for investment attraction and the development of mission-oriented innovation in Latvia in the fields of smart specialization management.
